***But the computer is still out of commission.

Some of you know what happened but for the record, GEEK SQUAD actually was doing all they could and not jerking me around at all. However, after taking my computer back a second time, they couldnt fix it. So, I got on the phone with Toshiba and said "I would like to talk to someone about getting a pre-paid box sent to my home so I can send it to you guys for you guys to fix."

I think I hung up the phone, at most, 15 minutes later. Easiest discussion with Toshiba Customer Service ever. My laptop went out today. And I had them set up the case so that I got phone and email alerts when they've received my laptop, when it's being sent back to me, etc.


So Toshiba is going to fix my still-under-warranty computer. =3



I'm not dead, I just dont have any means to upload and submit artwork without overtaking someone else's computer. Not going to do that, so all I can do right now is favourite, comment and post journals until my computer comes back to me. *sigh*
