"Taktgeber Wachter"
Clock Keeper in German.


The only digital editing done on this picture was some level adjusting and contrast/brightness because there was an odd glare that daylight was putting on this painting.

Less than 24 hours from initial concept to this.

Done in oil paints, a medium I havent played with for a loooooooonng time, since it's been ages since I've painted. But I had a concept and it was screaming to be painted.


I will be featuring this at the Liquid Red / divinityINK booth at Exotica 4 this November.

So it isnt erotica but I am particularly proud of this piece. It flowed from my fingers, through the paintbrush and onto the canvas so amazingly smoothly.



A few notes:
The only place where I used the colour black was the numbers on the main clock
No hands on the clocks were done on purpose.
Original idea was to put the clock hands on his arms.
His hair wasnt supposed to be this long in the initial concept.
